Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us at: giabeeboutique@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.  

We will gladly accept the return/exchange of any item, in the original condition with tags attached, purchased within the last 14 days. Items returned that have been clearly worn, washed, or are in otherwise used condition will not be eligible for return. In order to keep our items at a low price, we do not offer prepaid return labels. However, if you are making an exchange, we will ship the new items back at our expense.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
